SSFIV Gameplay footage from NYC Fight Club
So Capcom's NYC FightClub event has come and gone. While there weren't any announcement of any new characters and/or features, Capcom did let people (including pros like Justin Wong, Marn and Santhrax) get their hands on the game first. Here's videos of Capcom's Seth Killian explaining some details of the game while the aformentioned players get to try it out.

Man, this place needs updating! 2 weeks is way too long. Anyway, wanted to talk about other new chars a bit, even if it's all just speculation.
ReplyDeleteRumors are that the other new character is supposed to be this oily Turk named Hakan... which unfortunately will most likely be a guy. This will lead to a lot of Choaniki moments with Zangief, I'm sure.
Then, from 3rd Strike they're getting Makoto (Makoto vs. Sakura yay), Ibuki (who is hopefully unnerfed from 3rd Strike) & Dudley, and Alpha's Guy, Cody and Adon (who will eat your Dee Jay. I'm talking chew him up, swallow and regurgitate him!). All pretty good choices, but I'm disappointed at not seeing Alex (who'd be great to match up vs. Zangief, Claw or Honda) or Karin (who would be great to retool with Tekken/Virtua Fighter-type dial-a-combos, and maybe a jumping anti-projectile move).
Anyway, you're getting your Dudley vs. Boxer matches, so I hope you're damn happy! Well, if all the rumors are true anyway.
